The Lifestyle at South Seas
The lifestyle at South Seas Club is rich with fun and relaxation. Located at the north end of Marco Beach, before Tigertail, South Seas condos are one of the most popular among real estate shoppers. The property is well designed. The landscaping is meticulously maintained. There is always somebody around to play tennis, Bocci ball or take a nice stroll through the neighborhood with.
Of course, residents can travel anywhere on Marco Island by bike, but there are great restaurants just around the corner on Collier Blvd or at the Esplanade, less than a mile away.
South Seas Club - Marco Island Condos For Sale
Located on the awesome Gulf shore of Marco Island in southwest Florida, at 260 Seaview Court, is the luxurious South Seas Towers. Towers 1 and 2 are known as South Seas West. Towers 3 and 4 are South Seas Northwest. Built in 1980, the two separate towers and 430 total residences are luxurious beachfront condominiums, which make this 19-floor getaway a home away from home. With square footage ranging from 1,010 to 1,173, there is ample room for families, or these units are cozy enough for the honeymooning, or retiring couple.
South Seas Club guests will delight in the warmth of the sun by the large outdoor heated pool. Or, lounging on the white-sands of the private beach is just steps away from the South Seas West Towers. There are many activities to participate in at the resort, along with countless amenities. Tennis courts, a fully equipped fitness center, water sports, fishing and boat rentals all make staying at South Seas Marco Island appealing and exciting. For the golf enthusiast, there are numerous golf courses just a short drive away.
Recreation is never far away with ten thousand islands to discover and explore. From the Everglades to National Parks and Reserves, Marco Island properties has it all, and the South Seas West Towers make vacationing or relocating to southwest Florida exciting and pleasurable.
South Seas gets a lot of attention from investors, in particular, South Seas Towers 3 and 4. The reason for this is the minimum rental period. While most condos on Marco Island have minimum rental periods of 30 days, SST 3 and SST 4 are only 7 days.
With 30 day minimums, investors can reasonably expect to rent their unit solidly through our high season, January through April. Snowbirds often will often rent for the entire winter. However, renting in the low season is difficult. Most tourists simply can't take a month long summer vacation.
Seven day minimum rentals allow the investor to rent consistently through summer, maximizing return on investment.
Boating From South Seas
As we mentioned, South Seas is the only community on Marco Island, and one of only a handful in Florida, that offers beach access and boat docks. Boaters pass by The Esplanade on their way to the Gulf or to the waters around the Ten Thousand Islands. Be aware that there are two low bridges that must be negotiated on the way out. At high tide, the clearance is about ten feet. If you think this might be too close for comfort, all of the other boating condos on Marco Island are "water-direct" - no bridges.

- South Seas is the only development on Marco Island that offers beach access along with boat docks.

- Boat docks can be rented annually or short term and are very reasonably priced.
- Marco Beach is about 700 feet deep at South Seas.

South Seas Policies
Pets are not allowed at South Seas. Gulfview is very comparable to South Seas and one pet, up to 20 lbs., is allowed there.
The minimum rental period in South Seas is 7-30 days. A perennial favorite, South Seas condos are very easy to rent all season long.
