The monthly maintenance fee for Tradewinds ranges from $782 - $1121 and varies based on floor plan. The maintenance fee includes master insurance, cable TV, internet, lawn maintenance, landscaping, manager, pest control, reserve, security, trash removal, and water & sewer.
Pets are not allowed at Tradewinds but if bringing yours is non-negotiable, check out Gulfview. Pets up to 20 lbs are allowed there.
The minimum rental period in Tradewinds is 30 days. A favorite with renters, the restriction shouldn't keep anyone interested in rental income from renting their Tradewinds unit for the entire season.
