Apollo maintenance fees range from $623 - $850 depending on condo size. The maintenance fee includes master insurance, cable TV, lawn maintenance, landscaping, recreation facilities, manager, pest control, reserve, security, trash removal and water & sewer. The fees are a little higher than comparable condos because of the rental policies of the Apollo. With their seven day minimum rental period, the Apollo sees a lot of traffic year round unlike the condos with 30 and 90 day minimum rental periods. More traffic equals more maintenance expense. More traffic also equals more rental income, making the Apollo one of the most sought after condos for investors.
Apollo Rental and Pet Policies
Buyers of Apollo condos really buy for one primary reason. Of course, the views are incredible. There is a beachfront restaurant on site. But, they really buy for the ROI. The minimum rental period is just seven days, allowing them to earn rental income year-round. If you want your Marco Island beach condo to work for you, Apollo is a great choice.
You'll find that the condos on Marco with shorter minimum rental periods don't allow pets. It would probably be a zoo. :-/
