Monthly maintenance fees for South Seas East condos range from $464 - $487. This isn't unreasonable at all. In fact, it's probably average compared to other condos in the same price range. Considering South Seas has 24 hour security and is a gated community, the fee might be considered low.
While no pets are allowed at South Seas East, some other waterfront condos do allow them. Eagle Cay and Villas at Waterside allow them along with a host of others. Our Waterfront Condo Comparison© above lists the pet policies of all the condos.
The minimum rental period in South Seas East is 30 days. Owners that wish to earn a return on their investment, or at least get their second home to pay its own carrying costs, may rent their units out. South Seas East condos can be expected to bring strong revenue in season.

As much water as we have here on the island, there is only one real estate option that gives you direct beach access and boat dock availability.
