Islander Cove is a waterfront condo community located in the South End of the Marco Island, Florida. Built in 1990, it’s a low-rise single building with 24 units in the complex. Islander Cove is located directly across from the Caxambas Marina and Park which has a public boat launching facility. This one falls into both the Boating Condos category and the Walk-to-Beach category. Its got something for everybody.
Islander Cove offers spacious floor plans featuring 1-2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. Unit floor plans range from 1,158 – 1,381 sq. ft of space. They feature open living and dining areas, lots of windows with natural light, full kitchen with appliances, covered porch to watch the sunset. Some of the community amenities include BBQ grills throughout the grounds as well as a picnic area. There is also a heated swimming pool, extra storage, trash chute, social/ activity and hobby rooms.

The Islander Cove condo fee is $581. What do you get for it? Included are master insurance, cable TV, lawn maintenance, landscaping , manager, pest control, trash removal and water & sewer. Pets are allowed at Islander Cove. It's a pet-friendly condo, as long as your pet watches his weight - maybe hits the gym once in a while. The limit is one pet, up to 30 lbs.

There are two different floor plans in Islander Cove. They are both 2-bedrom designs. One has 1520 s.f. and the other has 1298 s.f. They all share great canal views and deeded docks.
