Monthly maintenance fees for Westview condos is $517. This is right in the ball park for waterfront condos on Marco Island. It includes things like the master insurance policy. Residents need not concern themselves with shopping expensive wind and flood policies. Other things like cable TV, water & sewer and lawn care are also included.
While no pets are allowed at Westview condos, there are other nearby condos that do. Smokehouse Bay Club and Grand Bay are waterfront properties and allow pets.
The minimum rental period in Westview on the Bay is 30 days. This is a good policy for second homes. Certainly, investors that buy their condo for income purposes only want more flexible rental policies, so they can pursue off-season income.
