Shipp’s Landing owners enjoy a healthy list of amenities along with the convenience of a marina. There is a BBQ corridor, social room, and tennis, and for the fitness minded there is a modern, equipped exercise room. The balconies overlook the sparkling, pristine Gulf waters and the ten thousand islands.

While enjoying Shipp’s Landing 1, there are numerous area attractions from which to choose. Most of them are only a short drive from the condominium complex. From the Everglades to the National Reserves and Parks, Shipp’s Landing 1 is uniquely located to exciting and exotic adventures.

 

Shipp's Landing Maintenance Fees

The monthly maintenance fee for Shipp's Landing condos is $780 regardless of which of the three buildings the condo is in. The maintenance fee includes all of the usual goods and services. When evaluating condo fees, remember that, in Florida, the biggest part of any condo fee is likely to be "hurricane insurance." More accurately, wind and flood coverage, isn't inexpensive.

 

Shipp's Landing Policies

There is a No-Pets policy in Shipp's Landing. The only south facing, Gulf condos that allows pets are Monterrey, Merida and Belize at Cape Marco.

Maximizing rental income requires careful study of comparable condos and their minimum rental periods. The shorter the minimum rental period, generally, the better the income potential. The minimum rental period in Shipp's Landing is 30 days. Most condos on Marco Island share this restriction.

Shipp' Landing 2 and 3

Shipp’s Landing 2 condominiums are located at 1090 South Collier Boulevard on the historic and beautiful Marco Island in southwest Florida. There are 48 elevator-accessible residences situated in a 7-story medium-rise structure of uniquely designed architecture. It is one of three buildings in the complex, and was completed in 1980.
