Shipp’s Landing owners enjoy a healthy list of amenities along with the convenience of a marina. Shipp's Landing Maintenance Fees

The monthly maintenance fee for Shipp's Landing condos is $1,785 regardless of which of the three buildings the condo is in. The maintenance fee includes all of the usual goods and services. When evaluating condo fees, remember that, in Florida, the biggest part of any condo fee is likely to be "hurricane insurance." More accurately, wind and flood coverage isn't inexpensive.

 

Shipp's Landing Policies

There is a No-Pets policy in Shipp's Landing. The only south-facing, Gulf condos that allow pets are Monterrey, Merida, and Belize at Cape Marco.

Maximizing rental income requires careful study of comparable condos and their minimum rental periods. The shorter the minimum rental period, generally, the better the income potential. The minimum rental period in Shipp's Landing is 30 days. Most condos on Marco Island share this restriction.

Shipp' Landing 2 and 3

Shipp’s Landing 2 condominiums are located at 1090 South Collier Boulevard on the historic and beautiful Marco Island in southwest Florida.
