The Prince condo has monthly fees of $1667. Of course, all fees are subject to change. Contact us for the most updated information. On-site management, pest control, cable, landscaping, and master insurance are included in the maintenance fees. Water is not.
Pets are allowed at Prince. One dog 1-16", up to 20 lbs is permitted. Renters may not have pets. The neighboring Princess Del Mar has the same pet policy and is a another great option for those buyers who find themselves loving everything the Prince offers.
The minimum rental period in Prince is 90 days. This restriction will make it difficult to secure more than one renter during season. For this reason, investors will probably look elsewhere but those owners who appreciate what the Prince offers won't mind a bit.
