Villa del Mar condos have a fairly reasonable maintenance fee of $465. Most waterfront condos on Marco Island are right in this zone. Pets are allowed at Villa del Mar, but they must be on the small side. They CC&Rs allow one pet, up to 10 lbs. If your pet weighs more than ten pounds, check out other Marco Island condos like Eagle Cay and Esplanade.
The minimum rental period in Villa del Mar is 30 Days/4X year. Further limiting rentals to four times per year, Villa del Mar reduces tenant turnover which owners that use the condo personally prefer. Investors, on the other hand, will likely choose a different property in pursuit of rental income.
