Riverside condos ave maintenance fees that range from $460 - $571 depending on floorplan. Generally, when a condo have shorter minimum rental periods, the condo is higher as a percentage of condo vale. The greater tenant turnover creates more wear and tear requiring more maintenance. The upshot is the greater ROI possible since off season rental income is much higher.
The minimum rental period in Riverside is 1 day. Year-round rental income is strong here.
As with all condos that have high rental traffic (and rental income) due to the short minimum rental periods, pets aren't allowed. It would just be too much to manage with the high tenant traffic.
