Riverside condos have maintenance fees that range from $859 - $1,061 depending on floor plan. Generally, when a condo has shorter minimum rental periods, the condo fee is higher as a percentage of condo value. The greater tenant turnover creates more wear and tear, requiring more maintenance. The upshot is the greater ROI possible since off-season rental income is much higher.
The minimum rental period in Riverside is 1 day. Year-round rental income is strong here.
As with all condos that have high rental traffic (and rental income) due to the short minimum rental periods, pets aren't allowed. It would just be too much to manage with the high tenant traffic.
