A 2-Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo in Nautilus has a monthly maintenance fee of $645. While this may be slightly on the high side, Nautilus is extremely well-maintained as has a lot of seawall to maintain by virtue of its placement on a tip lot in the South End.
