The monthly maintenance fees for Admiralty House range from $833 - $1267, depending on the square footage. Most everything is included in this, except for your electric and internet. While Admiralty's fees may seem higher than other beachfront condos with similar square footage, they hold at least $2 million in reserves. Many buyers prefer the assurance that they won't have any assessments to worry about in the future.
Pets are not allowed at Admiralty House. Gulfview is very comparable to Admiralty House, and one pet, up to 20 lbs., is allowed there.
The minimum rental period in Admiralty is 30 days. The views and large pool make Admiralty House a favorite for current and repeat renters.
There are five different floor plans in Admiralty House with one and two-bedrooms. There are four different two-bedroom plans which include two end unit plans with wrap around balconies.
