Florentine Gardens is a lovely five-story condo overlooking Huron Bay on the South End of Marco Island. It’s surrounded by lush tropical palm trees and beautiful landscape. Built in 1981, it has 43 spacious units with waterfront views. It features bright spacious floor plans ranging from 1,450 -1,540 sq. ft. Floor plans feature 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Units come equipped with AC units, full kitchen with appliances, spacious bedrooms and full bathrooms, open floor plans to enhance the outside view.

There is also ample parking throughout the community and elevators inside the building. There are stores, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance from the complex. You have a choice of playing tennis, swimming and then soaking in the hot tub or going fishing off the boat docks. Access the white sandy beach with pristine clear waters.

This community also features a clubhouse with free amenities including a full fitness center! There is simply so much to do here! Get ready to spend quality time with family and friends playing a Tennis match in the court. Or spend an afternoon grilling in any of the BBQ grills throughout the grounds. There are many outside activities as well, including water sports, boating, sailing, fishing and walking along the trails overlooking the lush tropical grounds.
