Caxambas Towers maintenance fee ranges from $719 for a 2-bedroom up to $812 for a large 3-bedroom. Like most condos on Marco Island, the maintenance fee includes master insurance, cable TV, lawn maintenance, landscaping , manager , pest control, trash removal and water & sewer.
No pets are allowed at Caxambas Towers. If you need a pet-friendly condo, Eagle Cay, a few doors down, allows pets up to 25 lbs.
The minimum rental period in Caxambas Towers is 90 days. This unusually long for a reason. Caxambas Towers was designed to be a residence more than a vacation hotel. While it does effectively restrict your rental possibilities to one seasonal rental, it also means there isn't so much coming and going of temporary neighbors.
