Le Club Caxambas is a waterfront condo community located on a serene canal in Collier Court on the Southern End of Marco Island. This community is nestled in a quiet canal surrounded by tropical palm trees and flowers. It falls into both the Boating Condos category and the Walk-to-Beach category. Its got something for everybody.Built in 1978, this well maintained low-rise building features 16 units spread among five buildings. All of the units in this complex have two bedrooms and two baths. They feature spacious layouts ranging from 1,250-1,628 sq. ft. Residents enjoy full size kitchens, AC and lots of windows to let the natural light in. The lanais are covered and a very roomy at 180 square feet, perfect for entertaining or relaxing while you watch the boats putt along on the canal. Things To Do

Le Club Caxambas is for boaters!  There are 16 slip boat docks, one per unit.  The boats have a direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.  Boaters love the fact that these waters make for some great back water fishing.  If you don't feel like fishing, no biggee, the public beach is steps away. Le Club Caxambas is very centrally located close to specialty shops, great restaurants, entertainment and golf courses. There is always something to do on Marco Island and Le Club Caxambas makes a great choice when it comes to Marco Island property.
