On the beautiful crescent beach of the largest of Florida’s 10,000 islands is the Sunset House North condominiums. This classic 7-floor and 92-unit condominium complex was built in 1970 and along with its sister complex, Sunset House, is one of the original beachfront condos on the island. For the past 40+ years, this seaside haven has been a favorite vacation spot and a grand home for many. Located at 240 Seaview Court there are many amenities attractive to both families and couples. 

Don't rule out Sunset House North as a permanent home just because it's a condo. Condo life on the beach is spectacular, year-round. Not only do you have fun at your doorstep, condo life is easy.
