Crow's Nest Condos on Marco Island

The Crow’s Nest is a waterfront condo and is one of the first properties to be built during the islands beginning stages of development. It is located at 881 Panama Court. Walking the beautifully groomed landscape will certainly tap into the island’s amazing history. Built in 1978, this cozy, extensively updated, two-story structure has 16 units that range from 1,410 to 1,614 square feet. Within each spacious residence, there are two bedrooms with walk-in closets and joining bathrooms. A laundry room, substantial kitchen, living room, dining room, private screened porch, and for some guests, a balcony as well, makes the Crow’s Nest appealing. Crow's Nest Policies

Pets aren't allowed at Crow's Nest. The crows make the rules around here, and they don't want pets.

The minimum rental period in Crow's Nest is 1X/month. This just means there isn't a minimum rental period. But, the maximum leases you can enter into is one per month. This is a best of both world policy, in our opinion. It keeps arrivals and departures, in season, to a reasonable rate. It also allows you to pursue some rental income in the low season when people are looking for one and two-week rentals.

Developed in 1962 by the Florida native Mackle brothers, Marco Island real estate has now become one of the most prestigious places to call home. Being the largest of Florida’s ten thousand islands, Marco Island’s history can be researched back to ancient eras. Marco Island lies just southwest overlooking the bright Gulf of Mexico. In 1960, there were merely 550 residents inhabiting the island, and today there is a little over 15,000.
