The maintenance fee includes master insurance, cable TV, lawn maintenance, landscaping, manager, pest control, trash removal and water & sewer. Crow's Nest Policies
Pets aren't allowed at Crow's Nest. The crows make the rules around here, and they don't want pets.
The minimum rental period in Crow's Nest is 1X/month. This just means there isn't a minimum rental period. But, the maximum leases you can enter into is one per month. This is a best of both world policy, in our opinion. It keeps arrivals and departures, in season, to a reasonable rate. It also allows you to pursue some rental income in the low season when people are looking for one and two-week rentals.
There are several fascinating local attractions and fantastic dining close-in to the Crow’s Nest. A journey for additional excitement such as Naples and the Everglades are simply thirty-minutes away.
