Riviera condos have a monthly maintenance fee of $1613. The maintenance fee includes all utilities except electric. In addition, there is an on-site manager and hurricane insurance, trash removal and landscaping are also included.
The pet policy at Riviera is very liberal relative to other condos on the island and beach for that matter. One dog up to 40 lbs or two cats are allowed.
The minimum rental period in Riviera is 30 days/1X. For those owners who want to rent their units, a long-term rental of 6 months or more is common.
