Stevens Landing condos have one of the lowest maintenance fees at $405. Not only does this amount include some biggies like master flood and wind insurance, but it includes cable TV, trash removal, pest control, lawn maintenance and water & sewer, too. Certain pets are allowed at Stevens Landing, but dogs aren't. Cats, birds and fish are welcome.
Investors or owners that want to evaluate potential rental income will be interested to know that Steven's Landing has a minimum rental period of 30 days. With the 30 day requirement, off-season rentals may be harder to come by, but high-season rentals, like all condos on Marco, are very strong in season.
