Crescent Beach Maintenance Fees

Monthly maintenance fees for Crescent Beach condos range from $592 - $1154 and vary based on the size of the unit. Your water is included in your fees here in addition to the other standard items like landscaping, professional management and pest control.  Water is the most expensive utility on the island so having it included is a nice benefit.  Cable TV is extra and billed separately at $100/quarter.

 

Crescent Beach Policies

Pets are not allowed at Crescent Beach.  If bringing along your furry friend is non-negotiable, the Sandcastle II allows pets and is very comparable to Crescent Beach. 

The minimum rental period in Crescent Beach is 60 days/4X year and no rentals are allowed June-Sept.
