It has 320 charming units with spacious floor plans that range from 732 to 852 square feet. Located in the rear of the property is a boat dock for easy access to the ocean. It also offers a private and sizable pool and spa for relaxing and revitalizing in the sun and refreshing sea air. Other guest amenities include covered parking, tennis court, and social/activity room.

The monthly maintenance fee for Angler's Cove condos is $713. The maintenance fee includes master insurance, cable TV, lawn maintenance, landscaping, manager, pest control, reserve, security, trash removal, and water & sewer. Typically, condos that allow shorter rental periods, like Angler's Cove, have slightly higher fees to account for the greater wear and tear of more vacationers coming and going.
There is a No-Pets policy in Angler's Cove. You'll notice that in any condominium on Marco Island, buildings that allow shorter rental periods, don't allow pets.
The minimum rental period in Angler's Cove is 7 days. Because of this short rental period, investors love Angler's Cove. In fact, it's perfect for rental income. The units not only rent solidly in season, but with the seven day minimum, they rent well to summer vacationers and boaters that may come down in any season.
What's more is, because most condos on Marco require 30 day minimum rentals, there isn't much competition.
