Lido Club is a waterfront condo located on the Southern End of Marco Island. Built in 1979, there are 14 units in the complex within 3 low-rise buildings. This one falls into both the Boating Condos category and the Walk-to-Beach category. Its got something for everybody.  It features bright spacious floor plans with 1,194 sq. ft. All of the units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms are essentially master bedrooms with full bathrooms and walk in closets. All units include a full size kitchen with dishwasher, range, refrigerator and microwave, open living/dining area, laundry with full size washer and dryer. The covered balconies are an added bonus since they are a great place to sit and watch the sunset. These condos are well taken care of and most of them have been recently upgraded. Each unit has one assigned private parking place for residents.

Other amenities include a community swimming pool overlooking the boat docks and waterway and ample storage, bike storage and even trash removal. You can bring your boat since the community offers docks for rent.

Lido Club is a short walk to the white sandy beach as well! When you live in Marco Island, you are a short distance from shopping, entertainment and restaurants, and the best part is you can choose to boat, walk or drive there. Where else in the world can you do that?
