Pets aren't allowed at Model Village, but there are plenty of waterfront condos that do. Scroll up to our Waterfront Condo Comparison Chart to see which ones do.

The minimum rental period in Model Village is 7 days. This means it's great earning rental income. The shortage of condos that allow rentals of less than 30 days creates great demand for those that do. While it's very easy to earn great returns on any condo in season, off-season vacationers need shorter terms.
