Tropical Isle Maintenance Fees

Tropical Isle condos have a maintenance fee of $1,007. Not bad at all when you consider the low number of units and the relatively long seawall and well-maintained grounds. The numerous boat docks and elevators also influence the maintenance fee amount.

Tropical Isle Policies

No pets are allowed at Tropical Isle. While most condos on Marco Island don't allow them, many do. The minimum rental period in Tropical Isle is 90 days. Clearly, with this policy, Tropical Isle is intended to be a second home. Rentals are just about confined to Snowbirds who'll stay for the entire season. While income seekers will go elsewhere, this really makes the condo private.
