This Week's Best Beach Condos

Six beachfront condos went on the market this week ranging in price from $217,000-$825,000.  If you've always dreamed of beach and sunset views, one of these new listings will probably be perfect for you.

Starting north and moving south, South Seas Tower 4 has two new listings.  Unit 10 is on the 10th floor and features gorgeous views of the Gulf and TigerTail Beach.  Priced at $389,000 this condo also has lots of tile and remodeled baths.  Unit 16, on the 16th floor, is one of the sought after end units with views of the Island and the Gulf.  It's priced at $549,999.  Featuring over 1500 square feet, this condo has an updated kitchen with granite countertops and trey ceilings, updated baths with granite and nice, turnkey furnishings.  One of the other great things about South Seas Tower 4 is that it's one of the few condos on the Island that allows weekly rentals.  This can be great for owners that don't intend to use their condo year round.  There are plenty of people in season and off that would like to come down and stay for less than a month.  South Seas Towers 3 and 4 are one of their only options.  In addition, the amenities are great with a resort-style pool, tennis, walking paths, bocci and even Gulf access.

Sunset House is one of Marco Island's original condominium complexes.  Unit 212 highlights why this is such a special complex.  Featuring amazing views of the Gulf from your hugh lanai, the kitchen has nice white cabinets and newer fixtures, the bedroom is large and there's lots of light.  At a price of $217,000, it's one of the least expensive beachfront condos currently available on the Island.

Tradewinds is another one of the early condos on the Island.  Unit 701 includes 1BR/1BA and 711 square feet.  Priced at $289,000, it's not one of the larger units on the beach but it's got great views, electric shutters and a renter already in place for the season for $9000.

Admiralty House is a beautiful condo complex that has recently been remodeled.  New tile in the lobby, new furnishings, new paint and new carpeting in the halls has completely modernized this original condo.  Located on the 9th floor, Unit 902 is priced at $398,888 and has 2BR/2BA and 1017 square feet.  Completely updated with stunning views, this unit would make a great home or rental unit.

Last but not least is a new listing located in the Duchess.  Located on the third floor, Unit 306 has a lanai area off of each room and even a formal dining room.  The large living room includes a wet bar and the master suite and kitchen are amazing.  This is a large condo with 3BR/3BA and over 2900 square feet.  Priced at $825,000, you have to see it to believe it!
