Why Weekly Rentals Matter to Buyers

South Seas Tower on Seaview CtUnfortunately, not everyone has the time or the budget to spend a month, much less three or four, vacationing on Marco Island. For our snowbirds, a months-long stay on Marco Island is typical. For the non-retired or budget conscious this simply isn't possible. The wall that everyone wants to be removed from the kitchen in most South Seas units has been removed, creating a modern open concept that absolutely transforms this condo into an open, airy beach house.

One thing that we love about this particular South Seas condo is the floorplan. Both bedrooms and the family room have direct access to a huge lanai. Of course, this means the views from every room are spectacular. Marco Beach is one of the most picturesque beaches in the world. The crescent-shaped beach

Just Sold South Seas Tower We just sold a fantastic unit in Tower 3 of South Seas. If you're not familiar with South Seas, it is one of the only gated communities on Marco Island. Behind the gates are evrything you could ever want in a beach condo. Obviously, there's the beach, but it's where on the beach it is that makes it special. Buyer Beware!

If you're shopping for property on Marco Island, you want the best real estate information you can get, right? When you choose a website, you must be confident that you're seeing accurate listing data. It would be a catastrophe to buy a property, only to find out a better one was available but not shown.

This nightmare happens and I'll explain how. Like over 90% of buyers on Marco Island, you have started your search on the internet. You've probably combed through Zillow and Trulia.
