In the last week, there were four new water direct, single-family homes that hit the market. Let's take a look from highest to lowest price:

620 Partridge is a Custom Built 3BR/2BA home with 3022 square feet. Just a short distance from the beach, it also has long and wide water views with scenic views from almost every room. Includes a boat dock with quick access to the Gulf. This beautiful home is priced at $785,000.
Last but not least is 848 Buttonwood. Priced at $895,000, this gorgeous 3BR/4BA home sits on a Tip Lot with amazing Wide-Water Views. Located near the Marco Island Yacht Club it's just a quick boat ride out into the Marco River. It includes a 60 ft., U-shaped Dock with a Boat Lift. The home is nice too and features two Master Suites.
There were also three new water direct condos listed this week. From highest to lowest:
