Beachfront and Waterfront Condo Deals of the Week

There were a total of eleven beachfront condos and waterfront condos listed this week with many of them looking like great buys.  Five were located in the South Seas community alone!  The lowest priced one was in Seabreeze South.  While not directly on the water, Seabreeze sits right across the street within easy walking distance of the beach.  The unit currently offered for sale is a 1BR/1BA listed at $119,500.  The Seabreeze community offers a clubhouse and one of the largest pools on the island so for the price and location, it really looks like a deal to me.

South Seas is a gated community consisting of four towers right on the beach and several waterfront condos with gulf access.  Four of the new listings this week were in the beachfront towers.  All are 2BR/2BA and range in price from $319,000-$689,000.  To break down the difference in price, the least expensive unit is priced firm at $319,000 and has not been updated.  Nevertheless, the views are still spectacular.  The unit priced at $689,000 is one of the highly desirable end units with views of the beach and island.  Completely updated, it looks brand new.  The one unit in South Seas not directly on the water is offered at $259,000.  It's a first floor unit with an updated kitchen and master bath.  There are also boat docks available.

Tradewinds is located directly on the beach and has two new listings this week priced at $369,500 and $384,000.  The unit for $369,500 has been completely renovated and is located on the third floor.  The unit priced at $384,000 is on the 11th floor and includes $40,000 in upgrades.  Obviously, the higher you go the more valuable the real estate.  Tradewinds also has an awesome pool area.

  There is one new listing this week at Sandpiper, another great condo located directly on the beach and on the south side of the island.  Offering more square footage than some of the other beachfront condos, Sandpiper also features a fitness center, tennis courts, heated pool and even a guest suite for residents to reserve for visiting friends and family.  Currently for sale is a 3BR/3BA front unit that has been completely renovated.  This home is extremely luxurious with imported marble flooring, a total home sound system and a high end kitchen with granite countertops and custom cabinets.  The sellers are asking $1,290,000.

Royal Seafarer has a just listed, beachfront unit offered at $498,000.  Great views from the 17th floor and a nicely finished interior make this one a great buy.  The Royal Seafarer also features a swimming pool, fitness center, two tennis courts, guest suites and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Last but not least is a unit with gulf access located at Riverside Club.  Residents share a common dock and enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, pool and clubhouse.  All utilities are even included in the monthly maintenance fee.  This 1BR/1BA unit is offerred at $189,900.
