Holiday Deals

In the past week, we have seen several good deals come on the market.  Holiday or not, now is still a great time to buy!  Fifteen homes went on the market; here are a few of my pics:

811 Scott Dr. is my #1 choice for deal of the week.  Located in the prestigious Estates area, it's priced at a reasonable $324,900.  Most of the homes in The Estates are in the million dollar range so if you want access to this exclusive neighborhood, here's your chance.  This 3BR/2BA home sits on a large, 1 acre lot and has over 4000 square feet.  It may well be the best deal on the island!  While it needs some updates, for this price, you could turn it into your own private estate.

Another home I really like is 1057 Cottonwood Ct.  We don't often have brand new homes available these days (thankfully that is turning around!) so I'm happy to see this one.  Featuring 4BR/4BA and over 5000 square feet, this large, water indirect home also has a Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room and new Seawall.  This home will also include a Dock and Lift.  Priced at $1,439,500, it's scheduled to be completed by April of this year.

In the condo department, Riverside has a great new listing.  Priced at $159,900, this unit features 1BR/1BA, 800 square feet and great views of the Marco River.  Riverside has awesome amenities including two large pools with spas, three lighted tennis courts and a marina for fishing.  Electricity is included in the maintenance fee.

If you're after luxury, check out this new listing at Belize at Cape Marco.  Unit 1104 features 3BR/3BA and over 3700 square feet.  Priced at $1,949,000, you'll enjoy amazing views of the Gulf and ten thousand islands from this designer-decorated unit.  Special features include the stone flooring, Italian plaster wall treatments and open chef's kitchen.
