South Seas Tower 3 (and 4, too) represent an especially good value if you want to maximize your return on investment. Unlike Towers 1 and 2, towers 3 and 4 allow weekly rentals. On an island where the vast majority of condos require 30-day rental minimums, weekly rentals are always in demand. The amenities in the South Seas community are excellent. South Seas in a large gated community located on Marco Island's famous beach. On the other side, it fronts Clam Bay. It's located within a couple blocks of great restaurants like Joey's Italian and Doreen's (great breakfast spot).
