"Water Indirect" and "Water Direct" are simple, perhaps confusing, terms we use to refer to the bridge situation one would encounter getting from their lot to the Gulf of Mexico. "Water Direct" means no bridges (except the big one) and "Water Indirect" means you'll have to navigate under a smaller bridge. The clearance under most of these bridges is approximately 10 feet at high tide. The easiest way to get an idea of what size boat can reach a particular lot is to simply take a look down the canal at the boats parked on the lifts.
