The Aversana maintenance fees run approximately $1040 - $1252, depending on unit size. These are ultra luxury condos and the fees reflect that. While the luxury and the fees are on par with Cape Marco, the condo prices are less than half.

 

Aversana Policies

Pets are allowed in Aversana but are screened on a case by case basis. If you'd like us to inquire as to your pets chances, just give us a call and we'll get you an answer.

The minimum rental period in Aversana is 30 days. Being that Aversana is truly a luxury residence, we'd expect no less. Condos that allow shorter rentals are better for income generation but they are subject to overuse by vacationers coming and going all the time.
