Some 1-bedroom waterfront condos of around 600 sq ft can cost less than $250,000, with 2-bedroom units just over $300,000. Luxury waterfront Marco Island condominiums over 2,000 sq ft can cost as much as $2 million.


Inland Condos


There are two main types of inland condominium complexes. The first is found on Marco Island so is a short walk from the beach or waterfront, but not direct access to either. Units can range from 1-bedroom over 500 sq ft to 3-bedroom over almost 2,000 sq ft, and cost anything between $100,000 and $500,000.


The second may be located within a golfing community, is and is found under the Golf Condo list. Most inland luxury condos on Marco Island are found in golfing communities, like Hideaway Beach, Hammock Bay and Fiddler’s Creek, with 3-bedroom units over 4,000 sq ft costing as much as $2 million. But this category of Marco Island real estate also includes 2-bedroom condos over about 2,000 sq ft for around $250,000.
